Challenge

A Shanghai importer faced repeated rejections of African copper shipments due to mismatched assay reports, unverified moisture levels, and documentation that didn’t align with GACC inspection templates. Each rejection delayed production and strained supplier relationships.

Solution

We sourced 18 tonnes of copper concentrate from a DMRE-licensed operation in Rustenburg, South Africa. Our team conducted on-site moisture testing (8.1% via Fluke meter), oversaw sampling for ALS Johannesburg, and prepared a GACC-aligned certificate with mine license, GPS, and impurity profile. The shipment cleared Shanghai port on first presentation.
