Challenge

A European buyer needed to prove due diligence for EUDR compliance but couldn’t verify claims from brokers who had never visited the source. They required proof of legal operation, community engagement, and zero child labor beyond self-declared statements.

Solution

We partnered with a registered women-led cooperative in Nsuaem, Ghana. Our team documented their Minerals Commission license, attended a community meeting where consent was recorded, and verified no minors were present during operations. The full file including photos, GPS, and signed logs became the buyer’s EUDR evidence package.
